Photographers snapped Miley Cyrus today wearing skinny jeans and a lacy, animal print bra that showed through her white tanktop. Her black and white striped sweater was certainly not covering anything up.

The actress/pop star was drinking an iced coffee and carrying her Apple iPad while heading over to a Manhattan hair salon.

The 17-year-old has been making headlines for her new image, which some have labeled raunchy. For example, check out her photos from the Rock In Rio concert. She says she's just wearing what's "comfortable."

She explained, "I'm not trying to be 'slutty'. I'm not trying to be like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys. I'm really comfortable with my body, I work really hard to be fit and to know that I can wear whatever makes me most comfortable. I feel more comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I've always been."
